1. Classification of low-temperature process chillers: According to the type of compressor, there are three main types: piston type, screw type, and centrifugal type.
According to the cooling mode, it can be divided into three categories: water-cooled, air-cooled and evaporative.
According to the energy compensation method, it can be divided into two categories, one is the compression type, the other is the absorption type, one is to use electric energy for compensation, and the other is to use gas for compensation.
According to the sealing method, there are three types: fully enclosed, semi-closed, and open.

What parameters should be considered when choosing a low-temperature process chiller: a low-temperature process chiller is a device that can provide cooling water for the equipment to cool the equipment, thereby improving production efficiency. In the process of selecting refrigeration equipment, the first thing to consider To the working parameters and performance parameters of the refrigeration system.
Working parameters:
(1) Voltage: Chillers have 220 V (single-phase) and 380 V (three-phase), and their power supply voltage should be consistent with the required power supply voltage.
(2) Current: including rated current and real current.
(3) Power: It is the power consumption of the low temperature process chiller.
(4) Temperature: including evaporator temperature, condensing temperature, compressor suction temperature, compressor discharge temperature, intermediate temperature, refrigerant subcooling temperature before the throttle valve, compressor oil temperature in the crankcase, cooling water temperature, Chilled water temperature.
Performance parameters:
(1) Cooling capacity: also known as cooling capacity, usually expressed in kW.
(2) Cooling water flow: refers to the size of the circulating water, the number of L per minute, or the tonnage per hour.
(3) Pump head: When multiple low-temperature process chillers are connected in parallel to multiple refrigeration devices, the resistance of the piping system must be considered to calculate the required head of the pump.
(4) Control adjustment requirements: control the performance of the system, including: pressure adjustment and temperature adjustment.
