循環式ウォーター・チラー・システム

 

The recirculating water chiller system uses cooling liquid (commonly used cooling liquid is water, commonly used synthetic cooling liquid at low temperature, such as aqueous solution of ethylene glycol, etc.) The system dissipates heat to the outside of the device, thus ensuring that the device works within the normal temperature range. The pressure of the water pump in the device forms a closed medium circulation between the device and the equipment, and the temperature sensor detects the temperature of the medium to realize the control of the recirculating water chiller system.

The principle of recirculating water chiller system: According to the principle of the refrigeration system, the low-temperature and low-pressure liquid refrigerant exchanges heat with the surrounding water in the evaporator. The evaporator absorbs the heat of water and evaporates into a low-temperature and low-pressure gaseous state. The low-pressure gaseous refrigerant enters the compressor, is compressed by the compressor, is compressed into a high-temperature and high-pressure gaseous state, and then enters the condenser, where it exchanges heat with the medium in the room, and part of the heat of the high-temperature and high-pressure gaseous state is absorbed by the medium. The temperature of the medium rises, the refrigerant releases heat, the condenser turns into a high-temperature and high-pressure liquid state, and the process temperature of the condenser remains unchanged, and then enters the expansion valve for throttling. Throttling is a process of rapid cooling, and the refrigerant turns into a low-temperature and low-pressure liquid state. The final refrigerant then enters the evaporator for heat exchange and evaporation, thus realizing the entire process of the refrigeration system. This cycle is carried out continuously, so that the water can be continuously refrigerated.

Recirculating water chiller system is prone to failure phenomena and troubleshooting methods:

1. Leakage of refrigerant: Leakage of refrigerant will directly cause the recirculating water chiller system to fail to cool, and it is necessary to check for leaks and make up for them.

2. Low pressure: Most of them are caused by the leakage of refrigerant from the chiller, and leaks need to be checked and repaired.

3. High pressure: If it is an air-cooled recirculating water chiller system, you need to check the ventilation of the space where the chiller is placed. If the space is small and the ventilation is not good, it is easy to cause a high-pressure alarm. Another reason is that the exhaust pressure of the compressor is too high. To release the pressure, open the pressure relief valve to release some air. The recirculating water chiller system is to exhaust. The simple way to prevent high pressure alarm is to add refrigerant such as R15 to the chiller.

4. The compressor of the recirculating water chiller system does not work: First, check whether the water pump of the chiller is good or bad. If the water pump is good, it depends on whether the water in the water tank of the chiller can be replenished, and then check the current.
