The water chiller for hydrogen generator cooling is to cool the normal temperature water to a certain temperature to strengthen the cooling. It is composed of three interrelated systems: electrical automatic control system, water circulation system and refrigerant circulation system:
The water chiller for hydrogen generator cooling is completely different from general water cooling equipment, because natural water and water tower heat dissipation are inevitably affected by the ambient temperature, so the control in this way is extremely unstable, and the water in the chiller is recycled. , free from external interference, which is conducive to the production of hydrogen in large quantities.
Hydrogen chillers can be divided into water-cooled and air-cooled. Technically, water-cooled is more energy efficient than air-cooled; in terms of price, water-cooled is much lower than air-cooled; in terms of installation, water-cooled needs to be incorporated into the cooling tower. Use, air cooling is removable.
The refrigeration technology of the special chiller equipment for hydrogen production machines is mature and has a good market reputation. It is widely used in the hydrogen production industry, hydrogen refueling station pre-cooling, and hydrogen fuel cell system testing.
