Water Cooled Process Chiller
The air-cooled chiller will inevitably generate a lot of heat during efficient operation. The air-cooled chiller uses air-cooled cooling. If it is affected by the ventilation environment, the overall cooling effect will be worse. Under poor ventilation conditions, there is no way to compare with water cooled process chiller in terms of cooling performance or durability of low temperature environment.
The water cooled process chiller will also generate high heat during operation. If it is not removed effectively in time, it will inevitably affect the operating efficiency of the chiller. Therefore, we use the connection cooling tower to improve the operating efficiency of the water cooled process chiller.
When installing a cooling water tower for a water cooled process chiller, location selection is particularly important. The cooling water tower must be installed outdoors and on the roof. Installing on the roof can increase the speed of water flow, which is very helpful for cooling. If the cooling water tower is installed at the same position as the water cooled process chiller, its water flow rate will be low, which will make the heat dissipation effect of the cooling water tower poor, and will also make the water pump run in an overloaded state, thereby reducing the service life of the water pump.
A well-selected cooling tower can maintain the safe operation of the water cooled process chiller. The cooling water tower operates in an efficient state, which can not only improve the cooling effect of the water cooled process chiller, but also speed up the cooling speed and improve the production capacity of the enterprise.
