Introduction to refrigerated / heating circulators
Refrigerated/heating circulators refer to circulatory devices that provide heat and cold sources for reactors, tanks, etc., and are laboratory instruments and equipment with dual functions of heating and cooling. Refrigerated / heating circulators guide the thermal medium to circulate in a closed circulation system to heat or cool the required objects, which is the so-called establishment of a second constant temperature place. It is mainly used for supporting glass reactors and rotary evaporators in chemical, pharmaceutical and biological fields. Instruments, fermentation tanks, calorimeters; widely used in petroleum, metallurgy, medicine, biochemistry, physical properties, testing and chemical synthesis and other research departments, colleges and universities, factory laboratories and metrological quality inspection departments.
Intelligent control system (standard configuration):
The intelligent control system uses self-tuning PID algorithm, which can be applied to various environments and equipment, and has high temperature control accuracy. The device has a temperature correction function, which makes temperature measurement more accurate than ordinary thermostats. Eye-catching control panel makes operation simple and fast.
Local and remote control system (program-controlled type):
You can choose to connect to the PC through RS232, RS485 interface or aviation plug, modify and control the parameters of the equipment through the computer, and also transmit various parameters of the equipment operation to the computer in a timely manner. These signals are all standard relay node types, which can easily exchange information with online supporting equipment. Through online signals, user equipment is protected and the safety of equipment operation is effectively improved. At the same time, this device also supports external device control signal input, and the external device can independently control the chiller.
Characteristics of refrigerated / heating circulators
1. Using a closed circulation system, the heat transfer fluid is not easy to volatilize and oxidize at high temperatures, and no oil mist is generated; it is not easily affected by environmental conditions at low temperatures, which can extend the service life of the heat transfer fluid.
2. High temperature/refrigeration: When the temperature drops from high temperature to low temperature, refrigeration can be started directly to continuously work and control the temperature, speed up the experimental progress, save resources, and improve work efficiency.
3. The refrigeration heat exchanger adopts a fully brazed plate heat exchanger, which takes up little space and has high heat exchange efficiency.
4. The circulation pump adopts a high-temperature resistant oil pump, which has the advantages of high temperature resistance, low noise and large flow rate.
5. Various protection functions such as over-temperature protection, leakage protection, and over-current protection fully ensure the safety of users and equipment.
6. Beautiful appearance, compact size and reasonable structure.
7. According to user needs, two pre-cooling models, air-cooling and water-cooling, are available.
