Overview of air cooled glycol chiller

The air cooled glycol chiller is a refrigeration system that uses a fluid circulating coolant. This fluid can be water or a mixture of water and glycol.

The process can be broken down into three parts:

1 High pressure pump circulates the liquid around the coil through the heat exchanger.

2 When the condenser gets too hot, it releases cold liquid from the top and down the drain.

3 When the outflow liquid is lower than a certain temperature, it is pumped back to the compressor to repeat the process.

4. The compressor of the unit adopts a scroll type hermetic compressor and electric control components, and is equipped with a condenser and an evaporator made of high-quality copper tubes with high heat exchange efficiency.
