Since the cooler heater is a medium-to-large equipment, it requires close cooperation in design, installation, and use during commissioning. In order to ensure that the commissioning work is carried out in an orderly manner, it is necessary to form a temporary trial operation team with relevant personnel to fully command the commissioning work.
The personnel in charge of commissioning should be fully familiar with the structure and performance of the cooler heater, familiar with the safety technology of the refrigerator, clarify the debugging methods, steps and technical requirements to be met, formulate a detailed and specific commissioning plan, and let the commissioning personnel in each position clarify their own tasks and requirements.
Check whether the installation of the cooler heater meets the technical requirements, whether the foundation meets the requirements, and whether the size, specification, and material of the connecting pipeline meet the design requirements.
The power supply system of the cooler heater should be completely installed and passed the debugging. Carry out a water flow test on the refrigeration system alone, flush the dirt in the water system, the water pump should work normally, and the circulating water volume meets the requirements of the working conditions.
Clean up the environment where the cooler heater is debugged to achieve a clean, bright, and unimpeded flow. Prepare various general tools and special tools required for debugging, and prepare various measuring instruments such as pressure, temperature, flow, quality, and time for debugging, Instruments, prepare the necessary safety protection equipment for commissioning and operation.
After the cooler heater is ready for commissioning, professional commissioning personnel will conduct commissioning, and carefully read the operating instructions provided by the manufacturer before commissioning.
