Low Temperature Circulator – Temperature Range: -120°C ~ +30°C

 

The function of the Low Temperature Circulator is to take away the heat generated by the instrument through relatively low temperature water, so that the temperature of the instrument can be kept at a low level. At present, Low Temperature Circulator is widely used in laser marking machines, laser cutting machines, laser welding, laser drilling and other laser equipment. Due to the unstable water pressure and more water rust, the tiny tubes are blocked, which affects the normal operation of the machine. And equipment (especially precision instruments) have higher and higher requirements on the water quality and temperature of cooling water, so Low Temperature Circulator is more and more popular with customers.

Compared with tap water cooling, the circulating water cooling method has a larger one-time investment, but it has incomparable advantages over the tap water cooling method:

1. The circulating water cooling method can save a lot of precious water resources.

2. The circulating water cooling method uses deionized water or distilled water, which will not produce scale in the water path of the instrument and equipment, which can prolong the service life of the laser equipment and improve the stability of its measurement.

3. The circulating water cooling method can adjust the temperature of the cooling water arbitrarily.

Low Temperature Circulator is divided according to its function, there are two types of non-refrigerated and refrigerated. The principle of the non-refrigerated type is generally relatively simple, mainly composed of a water pump, radiator, fan and water tank. Its function can only be used to cool down, and generally cannot control the temperature, and the water temperature depends on the ambient temperature of the place where it is placed. Cooling is achieved by blowing the water to the radiator by the fan, so the water temperature in the water circuit of the instrument cannot be lower than the ambient temperature. Therefore, the non-refrigerated Low Temperature Circulator is generally suitable for instruments or equipment that do not require high water temperature control and produce low heat.
