Packaged Air Cooled Chiller
The packaged air cooled chiller is one of the models and specifications of the chiller. It cools the water at room temperature to a certain temperature according to the refrigeration compressor of the chiller to strengthen the cooling model or equipment. It is used as a stand-alone version, and the heat pipe is built-in. The cooling fan, packaged air cooled chiller mainly has three interconnected systems: refrigerant circulation, water circulation system, and automatic control system. The key structure of packaged air cooled chiller are: condenser, liquid storage.
The basic composition of packaged air cooled chiller:
1. Condenser:
In the refrigeration process, the condenser plays the role of outputting energy and cooling the refrigerant. After the high-pressure super-temperature steam discharged from the refrigeration unit enters the condenser, it absorbs all the heat absorbed during the working process, including the heat absorbed from the air-conditioning evaporator and refrigeration unit as well as in the pipeline. The heat absorbed is transferred to the surrounding substances; the high-pressure superheated steam of the refrigerant condenses into a liquid again. According to the different cooling substances and cooling methods, condensers can be divided into three categories: water-cooled condensers, air-cooled condensers, and volatile condensers.
2. Liquid reservoir:
After the liquid receiver is installed in the condenser, it is immediately connected with the liquid outlet pipe of the condenser. The refrigerant liquid of the condenser should be injected into the liquid receiver unimpeded, so that the cooling area of the condenser can be fully utilized. On the other hand, when the heat consumption of the air-conditioning evaporator changes, the demand for refrigerant liquid also changes. At that time, the liquid receiver has the function of regulating and storing refrigerant. For small and medium-sized chiller refrigeration systems, there is usually no liquid receiver, but a condenser is used to adjust and store the refrigerant.
3. Dry filter device:
In the refrigeration cycle of the packaged air cooled chiller, it is necessary to prevent moisture and waste from entering. The source of moisture is mainly a small amount of moisture contained in the newly added refrigerant and grease, or due to the gas entering during system maintenance. produced moisture. If the water in the system is not cleaned, when the refrigerant passes through the overflow valve, the water will sometimes condense and freeze due to the drop in pressure and temperature, which will block the passage and affect the normal operation of the refrigeration equipment. Therefore, a dry filter must be installed in the chiller.
4. Air conditioner evaporator:
The air conditioner evaporator is a thermal device that uses the volatilization of the refrigerant liquid to digest and absorb the heat generated by the refrigerated substance. Its role in the packaged air cooled chiller is to digest and absorb heat. In order to ensure that the volatilization process can be carried out smoothly and for a long time, it is necessary to continuously use the refrigeration unit to suck away the volatilized gas to maintain a certain volatilization pressure.
5. Expansion valve:
The expansion valve is the regulating valve of the total flow in the packaged air cooled chiller, and it is also the overflow valve in the refrigeration equipment. It is installed between the dry filter device and the air conditioner evaporator in the equipment, and its temperature sensor package is bundled in the air conditioner evaporator. The entrance and exit of the device. Its key function is to make the refrigerant liquid under high pressure and normal temperature flow through the expansion valve to lower blood pressure during the season, turn into ultra-low temperature and low pressure refrigerant wet steam, enter the air conditioner evaporator, gasify and absorb heat in the air conditioner evaporator, and achieve cooling and cooling purpose.
6. Refrigerant:
Most of the industrial chillers used in the industry use R22 or R12 as the refrigerant. Refrigerant is the fluid steam parameter in the packaged air cooled chiller. Its main function is to carry heat and complete endothermic and exothermic reactions when the situation changes.
The packaged air cooled chiller is used to cool the forming mold of plastic granulation machinery and equipment, which can further improve the surface smoothness of plastic products, reduce the surface marks and thermal stress of plastic products, keep the products from shrinking and deformation, and facilitate the ejection of plastic products.
