1. Chiller cooling method
The air-cooled chiller adopts the air-cooling method, which saves the cooling water tower, circulating water pump and pipeline system required by the cooling water system, and avoids scaling of the condenser and blockage of water pipes caused by poor water quality. Therefore, there are requirements for the ambient temperature of the operation, and it can only be installed outdoors.
Water-cooled chillers must be equipped with cooling water towers and circulating water pumps before they can be used. Compared with the plastic industry, cooling water towers can be used in areas with lower temperatures or for heat dissipation in spring, autumn, and winter, so water-cooled chillers have advantages. However, in an open cooling circulating water system, when the cooling water absorbs heat and contacts with the air, the dissolved oxygen and turbidity in the water will increase, which will easily cause corrosion, scaling, and the growth of bacteria. If the water quality is not treated, the chiller will be seriously damaged, the heat exchange efficiency will be greatly reduced, and energy will be wasted. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out corrosion inhibition, scale inhibition, sterilization and algae elimination for the water system.
2. Chiller price
