The battery pack thermal management system adopts an integrated structure, and the equipment includes a refrigeration system, a heating system, and a water circulation system. The refrigeration system consists of compressors, heat exchangers, thermal expansion valves and other main components, dry filters, gas-liquid separators, etc. Auxiliary components, the heating system includes a built-in water tank heater and control elements, the water circulation system includes a magnetic circulating pump, a sealed circulating water tank, a stainless steel heat exchanger, an expansion tank and other devices.

The water pump pumps the antifreeze in the water tank into the water jacket of the battery pack. The liquid outlet of the battery pack is connected to the inlet of the plate heat exchanger, and the outlet of the plate heat exchanger is connected to the return port of the water tank to form a water circulation system. The battery pack comes out The antifreeze liquid and the refrigerant on the other side of the plate heat exchanger perform convective heat exchange to become cold antifreeze liquid, and then the cold antifreeze liquid flows into the water tank, and is exchanged with the battery pack through the pump to become hot antifreeze liquid. Reciprocating, to achieve the purpose of cooling the battery pack. When the heating principle heats up the battery environment, the compressor does not start, the electric heater in the water tank heats the antifreeze, and then pumps the hot antifreeze into the battery pack through the water pump to achieve the purpose of heating the battery pack.
Antifreeze is used as the medium for the Chiller medium of the electric vehicle battery pack test, and the circulating power is provided by the water pump. The expansion tank is designed for thermal expansion and contraction of the circulating medium. When the circulating medium expands at high temperature, the excess circulating medium enters the expansion tank. When the circulating medium contracts at low temperature, the circulating water tank is replenished.
