Basic principles of liquid cooling chiller
The basic principle of the liquid-cooled chiller is to utilize the heat exchange phenomenon caused by the temperature difference between the inside and outside of the pipeline when liquid flows in the pipeline. When liquid flows in a pipe, there is a temperature difference between the outer wall of the pipe and the surrounding environment, causing the liquid on the outer wall of the pipe to evaporate and absorb heat, while the liquid on the inner wall of the pipe is cooled and releases heat. Through this heat exchange phenomenon, heat can be transferred from the object to be cooled to the environment to achieve cooling.
Liquid cooling chiller workflow
1. Refrigerant cycle: The refrigerant in the liquid-cooled chiller is compressed into high-temperature and high-pressure gas under the action of the compressor, then condensed into liquid through the condenser, expanded into low-temperature and low-pressure gas through the expansion valve, and finally returned to the compressor. Continue the cycle. During this process, the refrigerant absorbs heat from the object being cooled and transfers it to the environment.
2. Cooling water circulation: The cooling water in the liquid-cooled chiller circulates under the action of the circulating water pump. When the cooling water passes through the object to be cooled, the heat of the object to be cooled is transferred to the cooling water, causing the temperature of the cooling water to rise. Then, the cooling water transfers heat to the surrounding environment through the radiator, lowering its own temperature, and then returns to the object being cooled to continue circulation.
