The low temperature and cryogenic refrigeration system is a refrigeration device suitable for environments requiring extremely low temperatures. Its working principle is as follows
1. Compressor circulates and compresses refrigerant
Low temperature and cryogenic refrigeration uses a refrigerant circulation system, and the compressor is the core component of the system. The refrigerant circulates continuously in the system. Under the action of the compressor, the gas volume continues to shrink, and the temperature and pressure continue to increase.
2. Condenser for heat exchange
After the temperature and pressure are increased, the refrigerant enters the condenser. Through heat exchange with the external environment, the refrigerant cools down and the gas gradually cools down and becomes a liquid.
3. Throttle valve reduces refrigerant pressure
The refrigerant enters the throttle system and by reducing the pressure of the refrigerant, it expands and the pressure becomes even lower.
4. Evaporator absorbs heat
The expanded refrigerant turns into gas again and enters the evaporator. After heat is absorbed, the temperature of the gas drops sharply, eventually reaching the required extremely low temperature.
5. Repeat the cycle to achieve refrigeration effect
After the above steps, the refrigerant returns to the compressor and the cycle repeats the above process to achieve ultra-low temperature refrigeration effect.
The key to the working principle of the low temperature and cryogenic refrigeration system is to use the phase change process of the refrigerant at different temperatures and pressures to dissipate and absorb heat to the outside world, and continuously cycle to achieve ultra-low temperature effects. The system is widely used in scientific research, medicine, aerospace and other fields, providing important technical support for achieving high-quality research.
