1. The ventilation effect of the placement position is not good

2. The indoor temperature is too high
If the ambient temperature is too high, it will affect the heat dissipation of the low temperature cooler and reduce the cooling efficiency of the chiller. Therefore, in the process of using the air-cooled low temperature cooler, please pay attention to the ambient temperature to avoid affecting the unit.
3. Wrong type selection/insufficient cooling capacity
When the type of low temperature cooler is inconsistent, the cooling capacity of the chiller will not keep up with the heat generated by the equipment, and the temperature control of the equipment will not be effective.
4. Compressor efficiency is poor
Under the long-term operation of the low temperature cooler, the inner parts will also be worn, the gap will increase, and the seal will not be tight, resulting in a decrease in the air delivery capacity of the compressor and a decrease in cooling capacity. If the compressor fails, it must be repaired or replaced in time.
5. Impurities
If there are impurities/dirt in the system of the low temperature cooler, it will cause blockage, reduce the cooling effect, and even affect the entire unit.
6. The low temperature cooler is not regularly maintained
