1. Product features

• Temperature ranges from -150 ~ -5℃;
• Adopt secondary sub cooling technology, rapid cooling and low temp limit;
• Adopt famous brand semi-closed piston compressor, semi-closed bipolar piston compressor, semi-hermetic screw compressor;
• Plate heat exchanger, small volume, high efficiency;
• Generator cooling water circuit use intermediate heat exchanger, improve system reliability and safety;
• Adopt DANFOSS electronic expansion valve, high precision control;
• Adopt PLC, LNEYA touch screen,automatic control, temperature curve display, temp record U disk, fault alarm;
• Offer machine installation and system test, users only need to finish the installation of refrigerant and cooling water;
• Factory testing: each refrigerating unit is on load test of not less than 12 hours in the factory.

2. Support PC remote control

Our equipment supports PC remote control, which allows you to control the equipment in real time through a computer. The control and setting of the system is more convenient and faster.

3. Communication Function

1. Remote control signal input and output, the use of serial communication can be remote operation.

2. One of the contact inputs is used for remote operation and the other is used to monitor the flow through the flow switch.

3. The signal output temperature controller internal alarm and state, according to its content can be divided into three output signals for output.

4. Screen display

The control interface of the refrigeration and heating temperature control system, multi-function image shows a variety of related information.

Display: real-time temperature of each temperature control point, exhaust suction temperature (pressure), condensation temperature, cooling water temperature (pressure), inlet and outlet liquid (gas) temperature (pressure), electric power, current of each component, voltage, water tank liquid level, etc.
