Process Heaters and Chillers

Process cooling and heating systems are key components for controlling temperature in industrial processes, combining the functions of chillers and process heaters that we discussed earlier. These systems can flexibly adjust the temperature in the process flow to ensure efficient production processes and stable product quality. They usually include the following components:

Refrigeration unit: Responsible for removing excess heat from the process and maintaining a low temperature environment. This may include chillers, cooling towers, freezers, etc.

Heating unit: Provides the necessary heat to the system or medium to increase or maintain the required operating temperature. Heating equipment can be electric heaters, hot oil furnaces, steam heaters, etc.

Control system: Automatically monitors and adjusts the temperature of the entire system to ensure accurate temperature control. This usually involves PLC programming, sensors, PID controllers, etc.

Circulation and distribution system: Transports hot and cold media to each process link, including pumps, pipes, valves and necessary filtration and purification devices.
