Product Description

1. The pressure resistance of gas heat exchange system is 20bar, and the temperature range is – 40 ℃ ~ – 110 ℃, which can meet different temperatures;

2. Adopt environment-friendly refrigerant; The secondary subcooling technology is adopted, with rapid refrigeration and low limit temperature;

3. Brand compressors are adopted, mainly Carlisle and Emerson;

4. Adopt a full set of high-quality cold controls (Danfoss pressure controller, balance valve, expansion valve, solenoid valve, drying filter, Emerson oil separator, alco liquid sight glass, check valve, etc.);

5. Siemens S7 PLC and 7-inch touch screen are used for automatic control operation, and temperature curve display, temperature record USB flash disk and fault alarm record are provided;

6. Factory test: each unit shall be tested with load in the factory for no less than 12 hours; Factory test standard: ambient temperature 20 ℃, cooling water temperature 20 ℃, 6 bar dry compressed air.

Application:

It is used to cool the gas (without corrosion): normal temperature gases such as dry compressed air, nitrogen and argon are introduced into LQ series equipment, and the gas can reach the target low temperature and be supplied to the components or heat exchangers for demand test.

After installation and debugging, acceptance by the customer to confirm the goods to be conform to the provisions of the contract and qualified new products, quality performance, technical indicators and configured are in accordance with manufactures and technical documents stipulated in the contract, and after the confirmation of a full set of technical documents, sign the installation acceptance report and confirm acceptance.

Training

At the same time of installation and debugging of equipment, my company’s after-sales service engineer is responsible for technical training for user until user can be skilled of operation. In the process of using equipment by customer, customer can consult relevant technical issues to after-sales service personal of our company at any time, according to the situation, my company will arrange training on site or remote.

After sale service commitment

A full free one year warranty since the date of acceptance, during the warranty period, all repairs and spare parts are free of charge(instrukent malfunction caused bu human factors will be charged of cost price of spare parts); After the warranty period, we will be responsible for maintenance of equipment for lifetime, according to the actual maintenance fees, appropriate fee will be charged.
