How to Detect the Oil Pressure of Industrial Chiller?
Presumably everyone knows that the oil pressure of an industrial chiller is directly related to the stable operation of the entire unit. Therefore, when using this equipment, it is necessary to regularly check the oil pressure. How to check it? Let’s see how to answer it.
During the operation of the industrial chiller, if the internal oil pressure is relatively low, the energy consumption of the unit will be increased. Therefore, in order to better use the industrial chiller, the user needs to observe whether the range of the oil pressure is within the normal range.
How to check the oil pressure?
First of all, we observe the oil pressure of the unit when it stops running, and then let the unit run for 15 minutes to observe the oil pressure value. If the change of oil pressure tends to be stable, it indicates that the unit is running stably. If the front and rear oil pressure changes greatly, no matter whether it is high oil pressure or low oil pressure, it is necessary to consider whether there is a fault.
If the oil pressure is within the normal range, we can check other items. If the oil pressure is abnormal, we need to find out the cause of the oil pressure change and eliminate the oil pressure failure before the equipment can be turned on again.
In short, when using an industrial chiller, the lower the failure of the equipment, the lower the operating cost of the unit and the increase in the effective utilization rate of the unit.
