Cooling Heater
The cooling heater provides users with a liquid environment with controlled heat and cold and uniform temperature when they work. It is often equipped with a reaction kettle, and the reaction process in the reactor requires heat and exothermic process control. It can accurately and linearly control the temperature of the material in the kettle. You can choose In the program control mode, the temperature difference between the heat transfer medium and the material can also be set, and it can also be used independently for heating and cooling of other equipment.
Firstly, configuration introduction of cooling heater:
The cooling heater is mainly composed of a compressor, a condenser, a filter, an expansion valve, a heat exchanger, an evaporator, a circulating pump, a display screen, a liquid level indicator, an electrical cabinet, a motor, etc., and the heat transfer medium is driven by the pump (usually water or oil), from the oil tank equipped with a built-in heater to the temperature control device, and then back to the oil tank from the temperature control device. The controller adjusts the temperature of the thermal fluid to adjust the temperature of the temperature control device according to the temperature of the thermal fluid measured by the temperature sensor or the internal temperature of the temperature control device.
Secondly, precautions for using cooling heater:
1. Whether it is air-cooled or water-cooled, the temperature control device must be located in an operating environment with enough fresh air, and the space should be large enough.
2. The heat conduction medium pipeline cannot be blocked, and the heat conduction medium pipe should be checked and maintained regularly to avoid material strain and fission.
3. In order to avoid damage to the integrated cooling and heating pipelines, users are using high mineral content, so it is necessary to regularly use water treatment chemicals to clean the dirt on the pipelines.
4. Warm reminder, please be sure to disconnect the cooling water connection pipe when not in use, and clean up the remaining cooling water/heat transfer oil in the pipe, pack it and store it in a dry place.
The cooling heater adopts a fully enclosed pipeline design, which reduces the demand for heat transfer fluid and improves the heat utilization rate of the system to achieve rapid temperature rise and fall. The heat transfer medium in the expansion vessel does not participate in circulation, which can reduce the risk of heat transfer medium absorbing moisture and volatilization during operation.
