Overview of air cooled glycol chiller

The air cooled glycol chiller is a refrigeration system that uses a fluid circulating coolant. This fluid can be water or a mixture of water and glycol.

The process can be broken down into three parts:

1 High pressure pump circulates the liquid around the coil through the heat exchanger.

2 When the condenser gets too hot, it releases cold liquid from the top and down the drain.

3 When the outflow liquid is lower than a certain temperature, it is pumped back to the compressor to repeat the process.

Features of air cooled glycol chiller

1. Equipped with various safety protection devices, with stable performance, low noise, long service life and simple operation; LCD human-machine interface is adopted, the operation is simple and convenient, and the operating status is clear at a glance;

2. The model adopts single compressor or multi-compressor combined refrigeration system. The compressors can automatically run alternately according to load changes, and balance the running hours of each compressor to achieve the effect of saving energy and extending the service life of the chiller. Facilitate energy regulation, more energy saving at partial load;

3. The box structure of the whole machine has beautiful appearance and compact structure, and the operation of the unit can be checked at any time; the unit can have its own water tank and circulating water pump according to the cooling capacity, without cooling tower and cooling water pump, and the installation and maintenance are simple and convenient;

4. The compressor of the unit adopts a scroll type hermetic compressor and electric control components, and is equipped with a condenser and an evaporator made of high-quality copper tubes with high heat exchange efficiency.
