The fusion reactor is used to manufacture organic polymer spheres. It has an elongated kettle and a set of replaceable frame or paddle stirrers inserted into the kettle. During the polymerization stirring process, the difference in linear velocity of the fluid in the reaction kettle at different axial points is small, so that polymerized monomers with relatively uniform particle sizes can be obtained. When the temperature of the fusion reactor device is constant, we usually use the heating amount of the catalyst to heat the gas phase of the polymerized monomer to form the polymerization pressure, which is what we often call the polymerization temperature. In the gas phase of the polymerization reaction device, too high a content of non-condensable inert gas is usually the crux of the problem that causes excessive pressure in the kettle. For situations where the pressure in the polymerization reactor is too high, we need to reduce the pressure in time.
For fusion reactor devices, temperature control is extremely critical. For temperature control, generally we can adopt three methods. One method that is also commonly used is to exchange heat through jacket cooling water. This method is relatively simple and effective. The second is to use slurry external circulation heat dissipation method. Because the slurry circulation pump, slurry heat exchanger and polymerization kettle form a slurry external circulation system, the slurry heat exchanger can be used to adjust the temperature of the circulating slurry to control the overall temperature of the reactor. Another method of temperature control is gas-phase external circulation heat dissipation. The gas-phase external circulation heat dissipation system is composed of the combination and cooperation of mechanical equipment such as circulation fans, gas-phase heat exchangers, and polymerization kettles. The gas phase heat exchanger can be used to adjust the temperature of the circulating gas and condense the easily condensable gas phase to achieve the purpose of temperature control. In this way, the condensate returns to the fusion reactor device and circulates continuously, and the temperature will naturally drop rapidly. This The method is more complicated, but it is easy to control the temperature.
In addition, the slurry concentration control of the fusion reactor device is also very important. Because the slurry concentration is directly related to the load of the mixer, the load size of the motor, the level of current, etc., if the slurry concentration in the kettle is too high, it will inevitably make the work of the mixer difficult, and the motor will increase the output power and the current. , the motor load increases, and in severe cases, the motor will be burned and the circuit damaged. Therefore, we should strictly control the slurry concentration in the kettle of the fusion reactor device within an appropriate range.
