Glycol chiller and heater is a fluid temperature control equipment that provides refrigeration and heating. The SUNDI series can achieve high and low temperature cooling from -90 to 250°C, reaching the temperature range of the experiment.

1. What is a glycol chiller and heater?

Glycol chiller and heater uses various temperatures and different media to circulate high temperature and low temperature in a fully enclosed pipeline system. The exothermic or endothermic heat will be circulated into the jacket of the reaction kettle through the circulating pump for periodic circulation, so that The reaction kettle matched with the glycol chiller and heater meets the required temperature requirements.

The PID intelligent temperature control technology adopted by the glycol chiller and heater can be used for heating, constant temperature, or cooling. The current temperature control requirement can reach ±0.5°C (of course, there may be some differences for different models), and it adopts multi-point temperature control technology. , The pipeline and electrical parts can be made of isolation and explosion-proof type, the temperature range is relatively large, and the temperature rise and fall is relatively uniform and stable.

2. What is the use of glycol chiller and heater?

Glycol chiller and heater can be equipped with various types of reaction kettles, reaction tanks, and stirring tanks for cooling and heating temperature control, and can be used for distillation, extraction, etc. High and low temperature tests for high and low temperature performance capabilities in the device semiconductor industry; it can be used for high and low temperature tests on batteries and motors in the new energy industry.

Different models of glycol chillers and heaters use different media at different temperatures, such as heat transfer oil, water, and ethylene glycol aqueous solution.

The glycol chiller and heater is similar to the mold temperature controllers, high and low temperature integrated machines, and integrated cooling and heating machines on the market, but the functions, configurations, and parameters of each manufacturer are different.
