O sistema de controlo da temperatura LNEYA-TCU pode realizar um controlo dinâmico da temperatura de -120°C a 300°C, utilizando a energia térmica existente (como o vapor, a água de arrefecimento e o líquido de temperatura ultrabaixa - ou seja, o "sistema primário") para a integração da infraestrutura de controlo da temperatura do equipamento de processo num único sistema de fluido ou circuito secundário. Isto completa o fluxo de apenas um líquido de transferência de calor para a camisa do vaso de reação (em vez de diretamente para o vapor, água de arrefecimento ou líquido criogénico). Toda a temperatura do processo de reação é controlada por cálculo.

Características:

  • Users can get a closed and repeatable temperature control in a wide temperature range, which can realize temperature control of - 120 ~ 300 ℃.
  • The built-in electric heating heat transfer oil auxiliary system can automatically start the auxiliary heating system according to the demand to reduce the steam pressure.
  • It can accurately match the heat demand through rapid operation to achieve the purpose of energy conservation.
  • The temperature of the whole reaction process is controlled by fast calculation, and the exothermic and endothermic reactions in the whole reaction process are controlled by fast response.
  • A standardized interface is reserved, and the cold and heat source heat exchange module can be added according to the actual demand.
  • The reaction process temperature and single fluid temperature can be selectively controlled, and the temperature difference between the reaction process temperature and single fluid temperature can be set and controlled.
  • Fully enclosed pipeline design is adopted.
  • To ensure the safe operation of the system, the electric valves can be fully opened manually.
