1. Supporting reactor

2. Supporting microchannel reactor
WTD series recirculating chiller heaters are specially designed and developed for the characteristics of small liquid holding capacity/high heat exchange capacity and large pressure drop in the circulation system of the microchannel reactor. Optimize temperature sampling and response speed, specially design control algorithm, can quickly respond to stable temperature control. The capacity design of the circulating pump is enhanced to meet the high pressure drop requirement of the reactor.
3. Application in semiconductor manufacturing process
LTS series recirculating chiller heaters are widely used in semiconductor manufacturing processes to control the temperature of reaction chambers, heat sink plates, and places that require non-flammable fluids as heat transfer media. They are suitable for refrigeration in semiconductor chip manufacturing, chip devices, and avionics equipment. Heating temperature control.
4. Rotary evaporation matching
