How to maintain the recirculation chiller?

1. Put the recirculation chiller in a ventilated and cool place, it is recommended to use it below 40 degrees.

2. Regularly clean the chiller condenser and dust-proof net.

3. Regularly replace the circulating cooling water, the water tank should be cleaned regularly, and the water should be changed once every three months.

4. The water quality and temperature of the circulating water will affect the service life of the laser tube. It is recommended to use deionized water and control the water temperature at about 25 degrees Celsius.

5. Use the ultraviolet laser chiller, keep the machine room clean and well ventilated, and clean the condenser regularly to ensure the normal operation of the recirculation chiller.

6. When the recirculation chiller has a fault alarm and shuts down, you should press the alarm stop button first, and then check the cause of the fault. Remember not to force it to start and run before the fault is eliminated.

7. If it is not an emergency during use, do not turn off the unit by cutting off the power at will; if the unit is not used for a long time in winter, turn off the unit first, then turn off the main power, and drain the water in the recirculation chiller.
