(6) The internal condenser of the industrial water cooler leaks due to perforation.

(9) The external connecting water pipe is broken or the pipe orifice is not flat or the size is not suitable for water leakage.
2. How to solve the problem that the water chiller does not cool?
If there is refrigerant leakage in the industrial water chiller system, first check whether the low pressure gauge of the industrial water chiller has pressure. If there is no pressure, it means that there is refrigerant leakage.
Check the leakage and make up the leakage. Check the connection of each copper pipe, and make up the position according to the leakage type.
If the compressor of the industrial water chiller is broken, the machine displays the compressor fault. Clamp the three wires of the compressor with a clamp gauge to get the working current. If the three wires are different, it is preliminarily judged that the compressor is broken.
For example, the normal current of the compressor of the 10HP industrial water chiller is 18A-20A, otherwise it is abnormal, indicating that the compressor is broken. The solution is to replace the compressor of the industrial water chiller.
If the computer board of the industrial water cooler is broken, the temperature displayed on the computer board is abnormal, or does not match the actual temperature. The solution is to replace the computer board of the industrial water cooler.
If the refrigeration system of the industrial water chiller is overloaded, the temperature cannot reach the predetermined effect during the use of the industrial water chiller, or the temperature does not drop, but will rise, indicating that the power of the selected industrial water chiller is not large enough.
The solution is to replace a larger industrial water chiller to reach the temperature of the water required in the production process.
3. How to deal with the low pressure fault of the water chiller?
The refrigerant is insufficient, and the solution is: leakage detection, whether there is leakage point at the pipe joint? Replenish refrigerant after repair.
The filter is blocked, and the solution is to disassemble and wash or replace the filter.
The condenser copper pipe has many scales, smaller diameter and poor heat dissipation. Solution: Clean the condenser copper pipe.
The opening of the expansion valve is too small. Solution: properly reduce the opening of the expansion valve and automatically reset the high and low pressure protection after elimination.
