Instructions for use of recirculating glycol chiller:
1. According to the principle of large-space refrigeration, a new and improved evaporator is adopted to reduce the temperature more quickly and the temperature is more uniform;
2. Newly designed professional circuit, PID output, more accurate temperature control;
3. The function keys all adopt touch soft keys;
4. Temperature and time digital display;
5. Make an appointment to turn on, delay to turn off;
6. With over-temperature and differential temperature alarm function;
7. Adopt air-cooled fully enclosed compressor unit, imported compressor, large cooling capacity;
8. Low-temperature experiments can be carried out in the working tank or the cold liquid in the tank can be introduced outside to cool the experimental equipment outside the machine.

Precautions for use of recirculating glycol chiller
1. Avoid acid and alkali substances entering the tank to corrode the coil and inner tank;
2. The recirculating glycol chiller should be placed in a dry and ventilated place, with no obstacles within 300mm around the instrument;
3. Always pay attention to observe the liquid level in the tank. When the liquid level is too low, add liquid medium in time;
4. When the working temperature of the recirculating glycol chiller is low, care should be taken not to open the upper cover and keep hands away from the tank to prevent frostbite;
5. After use, all switches are turned off and the power is cut off;
6. When the liquid is circulated externally, the customer should pay special attention to the firmness of the connection of the outlet pipe to prevent it from falling off, so as to avoid liquid leakage;
7. Before using the recirculating glycol chiller, liquid medium (pure water, alcohol, antifreeze can also be used) should be added to the tank, and the liquid level of the medium should not exceed the cooling coil in the tank and be 20mm lower than the working table;
8. The instrument should be cleaned regularly. If it is not used for a long time, the medium in the tank should be emptied and wiped clean to keep the work surface and operation panel clean.
