Recirculating Oil Heater for Reactor
The application of recirculating oil heater for reactor is to heat up the heat transfer oil through a heating device, promote the heat transfer oil to circulate in the liquid phase through a circulation pump, and steadily increase the temperature through superposition, and finally meet the process requirements of the new heating equipment.
The recirculating oil heater for reactor is different from the traditional electric heating device. The traditional electric heater for reactor refers to inserting an electric heating tube into the reactor jacket to heat the thermal oil in the reactor jacket. Since the thermal oil does not form a circulation , local overheating often occurs and temperature control is inaccurate.
1. The recirculating oil heater is easy to install and will not affect the safety of the tank due to the installation of the heater. It is only about one-half the overall size of the U-shaped tube heat exchanger.
2. The recirculating oil heater for reactor can effectively assist the exhaust and dehydration of the system, isolate the hot thermal oil in the system from contact with the air, and also reduce the evaporation loss of the thermal oil in the system.
3. The oil storage tank of the recirculating oil heater is used to store the thermal oil in the heating system and provide the thermal oil that overflows from the heating system. The oil storage tank should be installed at the highest point of the heating system to drain the system when needed.
