The refrigeration and heating circulator needs to control the temperature of high temperature or low temperature during operation. After the equipment is running, the user can use heat transfer oil for heating. There are two cooling methods: water cooling and air cooling. the environment in which the device is located.
The air-cooled circulator refers to the use of air flow to generate thermal convection, thereby reducing the temperature in the box to achieve the purpose of cooling. The water-cooled circulator refers to the use of water or other cooling liquids to cool down by flowing. The cooling efficiency of water-cooled is generally much higher than that of air-cooled.
The two cooling methods of water cooling and air cooling of the circulator are not simply selected at will, but are determined according to the environment where you use the high and low temperature box. For example, the temperature in different regions is the same. The temperature in the south is high, and the effect of water cooling is better. The weather in the north is cold, and water cooling is not suitable. There is still ice, so the air-cooled circulator is a good choice.
Because the temperature in the south is relatively high, the cooling rate of air cooling is often too low, and the direct use of water cooling can have better results, so the effect of choosing a water-cooled circulator will be better. The temperature in the north is low, and the water cooling method is not suitable. It is easy to cause freezing and affect the fluidity of the water. Therefore, the air-cooled circulator is used for better heat dissipation. The heat dissipation of the water-cooled circulator requires site and water supply conditions, so there are certain site requirements. The air-cooled heat dissipation method does not have high requirements on the site. It only needs ventilation and the ambient temperature is not high, and there is an exhaust fan.
