The second is to cool the spindle through the fan

Fan cooling has certain disadvantages, that is, the noise is high, the temperature cannot be lowered to an optimal state, and it will be affected by the dust environment in the workshop, resulting in failures such as poor cooling of the fan, which needs to be cleaned regularly. However, the cooling effect of the spindle is not bad, and the overall layout of the equipment will be less.

The third is to cool the spindle by oil cooling

The glass CNC engraving machine does not use oil cooling methods too much, because oil is more likely to cause dirt, and in the case of extremely low temperature, the fluidity is reduced, which affects the cooling efficiency and cooling effect. And by heating the lubricating oil, a better heat dissipation effect will be obtained.
