The low-temperature bench test is an important test link of the fuel cell system. It undertakes the key task of simulating the low-temperature start-up performance, and the requirements for supporting equipment are relatively strict. First look at the content of the low temperature bench test:
It usually includes: cold immersion test, bench simulation operation, engine cold machine calibration test, cooling test and other requirements, low temperature bench test system, can establish ultra-low temperature system, provide process requirements for engine oil, intake air, coolant and fuel Low temperature, test its operation. Taking the cold immersion test as an example, the chiller can provide independent controllable temperatures for coolant, fuel, and engine oil, which can be set to -10ºC, -7ºC, 0ºC, 10ºC, 20ºC, and the control accuracy is ±0.5ºC.
The low-temperature chiller takes -20°C frozen water and stores it in the coolant low-temperature energy storage tank. At the beginning of the cold immersion test, the chilled water pump draws low-temperature frozen water from the energy storage tank, and then adjusts the test temperature through the coolant temperature control system. It then enters the engine cooling pipeline, provides coolant with a target temperature of -10°C, and finally returns to the energy storage tank again.
In the bench test cold immersion test, there are high requirements for the chiller, compressor configuration, electric control system, heat exchange system, protection function, and the control system is at least a PLC control unit, which can communicate with the system and automatically control.
