TCU Chiller

In the pharmaceutical and chemical industries, TCU chillers are usually water-cooled devices that provide constant temperature, constant flow and constant pressure cooling water equipment. The entire system of the TCU chiller is a completely closed system. The expansion vessel and liquid circulation are adiabatic and do not participate in the entire cycle.

Features of TCU chiller

1. Single fluid control: The fully closed circulation system can achieve temperature control from -120 to 350℃. A single heat transfer medium flows into the jacket of the reactor, avoiding the need for traditional equipment replacement and jacket maintenance. Multiple reactors can be connected.

2. Temperature, pressure, and flow control: The unit has constant temperature, pressure, and flow. The temperature control range is from -120℃ to 350℃. The temperature control accuracy can reach ±0.1℃, and the flow accuracy can reach ±0.2L/min. There are multiple modes for selection, such as continuity, high and low temperature rapid cooling, etc.

3. The TCU temperature control system adopts intelligent fuzzy PID control algorithm, which can control the temperature of the material reaction process according to requirements, record the temperature process control curve, and the refrigerant temperature control accuracy reaches ±0.1℃ and the material temperature control accuracy reaches ±0.1℃.

4. Protection device: The product is equipped with a variety of protection devices such as refrigeration system protection, motor protection, circuit protection, etc.

5. The temperature, explosion-proof type or isolation explosion-proof type can be customized according to customer requirements.

6. The TCU temperature control system can be equipped with RS485 (CAN or Ethernet) communication interface and provide communication protocol.
