The thermostat heating cooling circulator is suitable for glass reactors, metal reactors and bioreactors to control the rise and fall of temperature as well as constant temperature. In the chemical and pharmaceutical fields, thermostat heating circulators often perform the necessary temperature control together with the chemical reaction of the material itself. (1) The control of material temperature is mainly achieved by controlling the refrigerant flow. The refrigerant proportional control valve uses the valve body of an electronic expansion valve. Can achieve higher temperature control accuracy;

(2) The temperature of the cascade compression refrigeration cycle of the refrigeration unit can be reduced; electric heating is used to quickly increase the temperature of the circulating medium;

(3) Adjustment of cooling capacity is achieved. The refrigerant flow is mainly controlled by PID, and the material temperature is controlled. The traditional method is to use electric heating to offset the cooling of the compressor, which wastes energy.

(4) The combined control of heating and cooling enables rapid response to the heat absorbed or released by the material;
