At present, chillers in the industry are divided into two types: air-cooled chillers and water-cooled chillers. The temperature control of the low-temperature machine is generally in the range of 0 degrees to minus 80 degrees.
The equipment operates through three interrelated systems: the refrigerant circulation system, the water circulation system, and the electrical automatic control system. Among them, the compressor is the core component of the entire refrigeration system and the source of power for refrigeration compression. It can convert the input electrical energy into mechanical energy to compress the refrigerant. The gaseous refrigerant absorbs heat through the condenser (air-cooled/water-cooled) and condenses into a liquid. After being throttled by the thermal expansion valve (or capillary tube), it becomes low-temperature and low-pressure refrigerant and enters the evaporator, finally completing the refrigerant cycle process.
