Different models of water heater and cooler have different media, generally ethylene glycol aqueous solution, heat transfer oil, water, etc., and the maintenance requirements for different media are also different.
1. Water heater and cooler with water as the medium
The water heater and cooler uses circulating water as the heat transfer medium. It is necessary to ensure the quality of the water. Unclean water cannot be used as the medium. Long-term use will block the pipes of the equipment and the connection ports of various accessories, making the equipment unable to operate well. Therefore, it is necessary to regularly descale the water heater and cooler to prevent pipeline blockage, and the filter at the outlet of the pipeline needs to be removed regularly for cleaning.
2. Water heater and cooler with heat transfer oil as the medium
The water heater and cooler adopts a fully enclosed circulation pipeline. Only the heat transfer medium in the expansion chamber will come into contact with the oxygen in the air. The pipeline is therefore airtight, so it will not be oxidized and react with water to produce brown solidification things. But not all the equipment of the manufacturer is fully enclosed. After a long time of use, the heating part needs to be checked in time. If there is scaling, it needs to be removed to remove the scale, so as to avoid the large heat load and long-term accumulation. Carbon causes the device to crack.
