3. How to maintain the water-cooled chiller?
1. Because its cold and heat exchange medium is water, the water is hard, and the water with high hardness has high calcium content, which is easy to produce sediment, so it is better to choose the water with low hardness for the cooling water of chilled water, and distilled water or pure water for the cooling water used in cycles.
2. The compressor is similar to the mechanical structure of the automobile engine, so the engine oil should be replaced on schedule. The water chiller just used should be replaced more frequently.
3. Remove and wash the dust screen and condenser of the water cooler on schedule
4. Check whether the water pipe valve of cooling water system of chilled water system is normal
5. Add refrigerant appropriately according to the high and low pressure and refrigeration conditions of the compressor
