There are generally four groups of coolers for forced oil circulating air-cooled transformer. Each group of coolers is equipped with one submersible oil pump and three fans. The oil pump motor and fan motor are controlled by contactors. The power supply is 380V three-phase power frequency alternating current. The local control power supply is 220V power frequency alternating current.

Two groups are put into operation, one group is put into auxiliary operation, and one group is put into standby operation; When the forced oil circulating air-cooled transformer is operating, the cooler must be put into operation, and excessive coolers shall not be put into operation under no-load and light load.

When the oil in the transformer is stagnant due to low temperature in winter, the cooler shall not be put into no-load operation. Meanwhile, the top oil temperature shall be monitored, and the load shall be gradually increased until the corresponding number of coolers are put into normal operation; The control box of forced oil circulating air-cooled transformer is equipped with a heating device.

When the temperature in the control box is lower than the specified value or the humidity is higher than the specified value, the heater starts heating. When the temperature is higher than the specified value or the humidity is lower than the specified value, the heater stops heating.

Heat dissipation

The air-cooled chiller relies on the top electric fan for heat dissipation, which has certain requirements for the environment, such as ventilation, humidity, temperature not higher than 40 ° C, air pH value, etc., while the water-cooled chiller needs to use the water tower apron for heat dissipation.

Refrigeration technology

There are four universal wheels at the bottom of the air-cooled chiller, which can be easily moved and reduce the floor area. The water-cooled chiller can only be used after being connected to the cooling tower. Therefore, the water-cooled chiller occupies a large area, and a machine room needs to be provided, and the water-cooled chiller must be placed indoors.

2. Precautions for use of cooler.

(1) The inlet and outlet of the oil port of the cooling pipe can be determined freely, and the flow direction of the hydraulic oil itself is unrestricted. The water inlet must enter from below, and the water outlet above the oil must discharge.

(2) Fresh water only. The use of sea water shall be specially customized.

(3) Food and chemicals must not be used.

(4) When the temperature difference between water inlet and oil inlet is above 80 ℃, it cannot be used.
