What problems should be paid attention to when installing the chilled water system?

1. If there is a pool below the cooling tower and the water outlet is lower than the cooling water pump, a bottom valve shall be added at the end of the pipe, and a water filling port shall be reserved at the water outlet of the cooling water pump.

2. Y-type filter shall be installed in the pipeline.

3. If the shutdown cooling water returns, a check valve shall be installed.

4. The valves at the front and back of the device are indispensable.

Precautions for power connection:

(1) The power supply of the LJ -45°C ~ -10°C Low Temperature Refrigeration Chillers is three-phase four wire, the power line (R, S, T) is connected to the power live line, (N) is connected to the neutral line, and (G) is connected to the ground wire;

(2) The unit is connected to the connecting post in the box with the hole on the electric control box of the main power line to ensure that the connection is tight;

(3) Power distribution requirements of the unit: main power supply voltage: within ± 10% of the rated voltage; main power supply frequency: within ± 2% of the rated frequency;

(4) When the voltage fluctuation of the main power supply exceeds the specified range, it is not allowed to start the chiller, otherwise it will be deemed as improper operation, and the damage caused thereby is not within the scope of our maintenance;

(5) The water flow switch, water pump, cooling tower motor and other interlocking circuits of the water system can be correctly connected to the unit control circuit when necessary;

(6) The chiller is equipped with current overload protection, high and low voltage protection of compressor exhaust end, motor coil overheating protection, anti ice protection, cooling water flow interlock protection and other measures, and the control circuit is advanced.

The hydraulic balance directly affects the effect of the unit. When the horizontal loop meets one of the following conditions, it shall be connected in the same way:

1) The maximum distance between units in the same loop exceeds 30m;

2) The model of units in the same loop is too different (for example, FP-34 and FP-238 are in the same loop, or the air handling unit and fan are in the same loop);

3) The number of units connected to the same loop exceeds 8;

4) When there are more than 3 branches on the riser or the difference of water resistance exceeds 15%, the same way connection shall be adopted or static hydraulic balance valve shall be installed on the branch.

5) When the number of modular units or water-cooled screw (water source heat pump) hosts exceeds 3, the hosts must be connected in the same way.
